Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the AgriStack Terms of Use and SaaS Subscription Agreement.

1. Lawful and responsible use

You must use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not use it for fraudulent, misleading, unsafe, harmful or unlawful conduct, or knowingly enter false operational, contract, billing, ticket, load or inventory data.

2. Account and access security

You must keep credentials secure, ensure each user has a unique login, use appropriate permissions, remove access that is no longer required and notify us of suspected compromise. You must not bypass security controls, access another customer's data or test the Service without written consent.

3. Prohibited content

You must not upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, malicious, impersonating or unnecessary sensitive content, or content that exposes AgriStack, another customer or a third party to legal, regulatory or security risk.

4. Prohibited technical activities

You must not disrupt the Service, overload infrastructure, scrape abusively, circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer except as permitted by non-excludable law, or use the Service to build a competing product that infringes our rights.

5. Location, RFID, camera and tracking data

If you use location, RFID, camera, route, driver, truck, weighbridge, device or tracking features, you must comply with privacy, workplace surveillance, employment, transport, safety, biosecurity and other applicable laws, and provide required notices or consents.

6. Messaging and invitations

Emails, SMS, invitations and notifications must be lawful, identify the sender where required, honour opt-outs and not be used for unsolicited bulk commercial messages, harassment or impersonation.

7. Third-party services

You must comply with third-party terms, maintain secure tokens, disconnect integrations that are no longer authorised and not use integrations to bypass limits or security controls.

8. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may investigate, request remediation, suspend or restrict access, remove problematic content, notify affected parties or regulators where required and terminate access in accordance with our agreements.
