How to get help
Email lou@agristackapp.com with your organisation name, the account email you use for AgriStack, the device or browser you are using, and a short description of the issue.
Account, export and deletion requests
You can start account deletion, organisation deletion and tenant data export requests from AgriStack Settings where those actions are available for your role. If you cannot access Settings, email support and include enough information for us to verify the request.
Billing and integrations
For Stripe billing, Xero connection or invoice review questions, include the organisation name and the relevant invoice, ticket or connection step. Do not email passwords, payment card details or private API keys.
Security or privacy
Security issues, privacy requests and data complaints can be sent to lou@agristackapp.com. We will review and respond in accordance with the Privacy Policy, SaaS Subscription Agreement and applicable law.
